In recent years, the Ministry of Education has actively promoted university affairs research to enhance institutional management capabilities and achieve excellence in university operations. To this end, the Institutional Research (IR) Center has initiated the "IR research project for university staff" encouraging faculty members to participate in analyzing institutional research topics and sharing their findings. This initiative aims to strengthen the university's research capacity in institutional affairs and foster continuous improvement in operational performance.
