Institutional Research Center has established two teams: the "Data Infrastructure and Management Team" and the "Data Analysis and Application Team."
1.Data Infrastructure and Management Team:
Responsible for constructing and maintaining the framework of the institutional data warehouse platform, assisting departments in improving data processes, and conducting inventory, collection, and integration of internal and external data. This team also oversees the establishment of data warehousing and optimizes data through a PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle mechanism.
2.Data Analysis and Application Team:
Primarily responsible for building and maintaining a visual information platform, this team selects significant institutional research topics for data analysis (Check) and provides findings to support departments in formulating follow-up strategies (Action), planning initiatives (Plan), and implementing programs (Do). This approach promotes a data-driven PDCA improvement cycle for institutional management and decision-making.
