1. Starting from 2024, the Central Office for Technical and Vocational Education Enrollment has designated institutional research (IR) topics for analysis to be carried out by the admissions offices of each institution.

In 2025, in addition to continuing to provide topic directions and written guidelines, a hands-on workshop will be introduced. The workshop will feature speakers who will guide participants through practical exercises to help admissions staff better understand how to utilize existing institutional data to enhance teaching support and recruitment strategies.

2. Workshop Date: August 5, 2025 (Tuesday)

• Morning Session: 9:30 AM – 12:10 PM

• Afternoon Session: 2:00 PM – 4:30 PM

3. Eligible Participants: Department chairs and faculty members from technical and vocational colleges in the Northern Region.
                                        Priority will be given to institutions located in Northern Taiwan, with a maximum of two participants per institution.
