National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology is organizing the "Insight Sparks Institutional Research Innovation Forum Series #1." We kindly request your assistance in announcing and informing your faculty members about this event, encouraging them to register and participate. We also respectfully request that official leave (or business leave) be granted for their attendance.

1. The purpose of the forum is to promote the development of institutional research in technical and vocational education. The lectures will focus on two core themes:
   (1) exploring the application of generative AI in institutional research, and (2) sharing how action research can address on-site challenges and serve as a practical tool for optimizing recruitment strategies. The forum will feature discussions among faculty members from universities of science and technology, with the aim of shifting recruitment decision-making from a reactive response to proactive planning.

2. The conference information is as follows:
   (1) Target Participants: Partners and faculty members involved in professional recruitment at technical and vocational institutions, as well as faculty and staff from institutional research units.

         (2) Date & Time: Friday, July 11, 2025 (Year 114 in the ROC calendar), from 1:00 PM to 5:10 PM.

         (3) Venue: Conference Room, 9th Floor, Administration Building, National Taipei University of Technology
                          (No. 1, Section 3, Zhongxiao East Road, Da’an District, Taipei City).
