1. Forum Theme: Data Governance and AI-Driven Innovation in Higher Education

2. Against the backdrop of the Higher Education Sprout Project, sustainable development goals, and the rapid evolution of artificial intelligence,
    institutional research (IR) has become a crucial engine for supporting decision-making and enhancing governance effectiveness.
    This forum, themed “Data Governance and AI-Driven Innovation in Higher Education,” focuses on data integration and AI applications to promote educational innovation,
    resource allocation, and policy evaluation. Experts from various universities will share strategies and practical cases, guiding higher education toward a forward-looking, data-driven model of governance.
