1. To help institutional research professionals stay up to date with the latest applications of artificial intelligence (AI) in higher education and promote digital transformation in university administration and knowledge management, the Taiwan Association for Institutional Research (TAIR) is organizing an online keynote lecture on how systems thinking and AI technologies can transform institutional data into actionable intelligence for decision-making.

2.The lecture will feature Dr. Xilin Zhang, Systems Scientist and Associate Director of Institutional Research at the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT), who will share practical experience in developing the Institutional Research Intelligence System (IRIS). The presentation will focus on how institutional researchers and university administrators can overcome information silos and improve cross-departmental collaboration through AI-enabled solutions.
